A removal can be a stressful experience! Add the additional stress of leaving the Permanent Navy and you have the recipe for a really stressful time!
My thanks and, more importantly, my wife’s thanks to the Port Stephens Removals Team for making our latest (and hopefully last) removal as stress free as any that we have experience during my 38 years in the Royal Australian Navy.
The Team provided a courteous, efficient and very professional service throughout. The initial pre-removal consultation, pre-pack, uplift and finally down-load was performed in a consultative, good humoured and efficient manner.
This is the first time that we have moved into our own house so we were more than a little keen to ensure that all went well. I am pleased to say that the Team was also keen to do the same. There was no indication from anyone to rush or cut corners in order to get away early on a Friday afternoon. Rather, the Team consulted extensively with my wife to ensure that everything was unpacked in a manner that was acceptable to her.
If Jacqui and I decide to shift houses in the future (perish the thought) we will be talking to your company in the first instance.
